Everyday objects change with time — they grow old or disappear. The old furniture made by unknown craftsmen was based only on their experience of structure, proportion, and size. Most pieces were made from simple materials, keeping costs low while still being useful. There was no extra decoration; every detail showed skill and wisdom, and carried traditional craft forward.
Today, when we come across this kind of old furniture, it often touches us. We look for these once-simple but carefully made pieces and remake them in copper and aluminum, so they can last longer. In this way, we keep the warmth of those memories alive and continue the valuable spirit of tradition.

日常之物会随着时间变成旧物或者消失殆尽。那些过往无名匠人所制的家具，结构、比例、尺度全依赖于匠人们的经验，大多都是用普通的材质制作，及要控制成本又要满足功能需求，不可有一处多余的设计，每一处都是经验和智慧的体现，每一处都是传统工艺的延续。在当下时代，如果有缘遇见这些老旧家具也常常会打动人心。我们一直在寻找那些过往普通但很考究的家具，用铜和铝将其复刻，让其长效，延续那一份记忆中有温度的家具，延续那一份宝贵的精神传承
